We are a cash-based (sometimes referred to as private pay) physical therapy practice, meaning that we do not directly bill insurance. We are considered an out-of-network provider. We believe this provides more flexibility to provide the best care possible for our patients. We prioritize your overall health and well-being as well as addressing your personal fitness goals through individualized treatment plans.

No, you do not need to have a formal diagnosis. We will work closely with you to address your concerns, looking at the body holistically as one functional unit. We typically treat a variety of sports-related injuries and assist athletes with improving or maintaining their desired level of performance. We are mainly focused on identifying the root cause of your pain in order to provide a tailored plan to eliminate it and get you back to doing what you love.

We offer training and tailored treatment plans for athletes, specifically runners and overhead athletes. We also provide specialized services including manual therapy, cupping and dry needling.

Each treatment session will last approximately 60-minutes.

We will obtain as much information as we can about your concerns over the phone in order to allow us to have more time during the first session to assess movement patterns, and complete a physical evaluation. We will discuss your pain and goals for rehab and create a tailored treatment plan to achieve your goals together.

Please wear athletic clothes that are comfortable and easy to move in. If you have an injury or pain located at a specific joint, please ensure clothing provides access to the area.

We understand that things come up. Please try to provide a 24-hour notice when cancelling appointments if possible. We do not charge a cancellation fee at this time.
