What is cash-based performance physical therapy?
We are considered a cash-based physical therapy practice, meaning that we do not directly bill insurance. We believe this provides more flexibility to provide the best care possible for our patients. We prioritize your overall health and well-being as well as addressing your personal fitness goals through individualized treatment plans. By not directly billing insurance, we have the freedom to provide one-on-one care for our patients for the entire one hour session, with no overlapping with other clients. During your scheduled treatment time, you will receive 100% of our attention. We promote and encourage prioritizing your health as an investment, not just an expense. Therefore we believe you should receive the best value for your investment.
Can I still utilize my insurance?
While we do not bill insurance directly, we are considered an out-of-network provider. This allows for greater flexibility in scheduling and treatments. If you are interested in reimbursement, we can provide a detailed itemized receipt (called a “superbill”) that includes all the information your insurance company needs to consider for out-of-network reimbursement.
How much will I be reimbursed?
The exact amount you will be reimbursed for each visit depends on your specific plan, deductible, and out-of-network benefits. We recommend calling your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network physical therapy coverage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several forms of payment including all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), HSA/FSA, cash, and checks. Please make checks out to Kingdom Wellness & Rehab LLC.
